The Calvary Robina Rise Rooftop Monaco shade structures provide shade for the aged-care home residents on their private rooftop terrace.
The Calvary Robina Rise aged care facility (formerly Japara aged care), boasts an impressive rooftop terrace with views over the Gold Coast Hinterland. The managers of the facility chose to install 2 sets of linked Monaco MS30 Modular Umbrellas to provide shade for residents enjoying the outdoor terrace.
Highlighting the adaptable nature of the MakMax Modular Shade Structure range, the Monaco frames have been linked together and then covered with a single fabricated canopy skin, creating a 6m x 3m shaded area under each structure.
Designed to look like an umbrella, yet installed as a permanent shade structure (unable to be collapsed), the Monaco Modular Shade System is ideal for applications that are highly exposed to winds from all directions, such as the Calvary Robina Rise rooftop terrace. The Monaco Modular Shade Structure offers a strong, highly wind-resistant structure with a low-profile and unobtrusive footings, even when installed on a floating slab base such as a rooftop terrace.
